Koskisauna – Steam and the Sound of the Rapids
Experience the magic of a traditional Finnish summer sauna on the banks of the Vaalimaanjoki river. Our red riverside sauna is located just meters from the water, right above the beautiful Hauhiankoski rapids.

Guest Information
The Steam: The sauna features a wood-burning stove and fits up to 4 people. The dressing room is cozy (best for 2 at a time), but as we say: there's always room for friends!
For Overnight Guests: A 2-hour sauna session is included in your stay at no extra cost. No separate booking is needed.
Heating: The sauna is self-service, but if we are on-site, we are happy to heat it up for you in advance!
Swimming: You can access the refreshing river via a ladder. Please note that the water is dark and there are rocks on the bottom – jumping/diving is strictly prohibited.
Facilities: A composting toilet is located next to Galleria Sylvi.
Bookings: The sauna is also available for rent without accommodation. We recommend booking well in advance
